Follow-up Comment #3, bug #16679 (project freeciv):

It is absolutely not related to the other items. This is a feature to handle
/take properly (it's the boolean argument of send_pending_events()). However,
it can probably be improved.

Seems to be related to #15618 but not really to #15619

The _may son grow_ message in #15618 might belong to the first group. My list
is only an example, not exhaustive.
