Details:

Since patch #6572, some keyboard accelerators have gone missing, such as
Ctrl+E for edit mode.

* Some were simply missing/wrong (typos, I assume)
* Some menus had acquired spurious Meta accelerators; I assume this was an
aborted attempt to reinstate mnemonics
* Quit (Ctrl+Q) and Save (Ctrl+S) seem to have previously got their shortcuts
from some magic side-effect of GTK_STOCK_QUIT/SAVE
