GriffonSpade too is working on new maglev gfx:

I would rather take that (something actually designed as Maglev) rather than
just rerecoloring of the Railroad (recolored Railroad was just a spaceholder
to begin with)

Thoughts:
* Could become confused with water, especially if tilesets get straight Canals
in future (eg for variant2 ruleset)
* Bit hard to see through fog of war
* Bit speckly (high/low contrast), might need some hand touching up after
the Python script

Details:

The Amplio2 maglevs and railroads can be a bit hard to tell apart (pale blue
vs grey).

Suggestion by aloril_ on IRC:


11:12  aloril_ changed locally maglev tiles using python script (edits 
 maglev.png in place): http://pastebin.com/qNmnMK4C
11:13  aloril_ easier to see than what is in beta2
11:22  jtn aloril_: which tileset is that aimed at? (makes grey pixels bluer

 AFAICT)
12:12  aloril_ jtn: yeah, makes light blue, amplio2/maglev.png
12:13  aloril_ it has already very light blue at middle, does not change 
 that, but that alone is a bit hard to see compared to
railroad
