Follow-up Comment #3, patch #5969 (project freeciv): I'm considering to back port this to 2.6 What use-cases it would have in 2.6? Follow-up Comment #4, patch #5969 (project freeciv): What use-cases it would have in 2.6? Setting Illegal_Action_Move_Cost pr action. Based on my interpretation of comment #2 in patch #5629 I believed you wanted this ability specifically.
