Follow-up Comment #1:

This might have consequences I don't want to play with at this point of S2_6
stabilization. I rather make this in TRUNK only, so that if it's a bad idea
(information in client side not in sync without big changes) we can revert it.
In S2_6 such network protocol changes we make now might end up unrevertable by
npf before problems are detected.

EFT_MAKE_CONTENT_MIL should be evaluated on omniscient server only, and
results just sent to the client as needed.
