[Freedombox-discuss] Demonstrating FreedomBox at FOSSASIA Summit 'Stand or Assemblies'
Hello Everyone, I am planning to go for the FOSSASIA summit , which is being organized in March 17-19 in Singapore. I have a thought of demonstrating FreedomBox to participants through stall/stand over there. Link to FOSSASIA summit page ; http://2017.fossasia.org/ So I would like to take your opinion on this thought. I bought a new one, from one of the big names, no no-name, and it just booted! Such a stupid issue, how can a µSD card resist to boot??? That one goes into the recycle bin. - Okay, I am happy to confirm that the LIME image is working, if issues arise, I will report them. If not, I will make screen-shots when I am setting up my new box and update the wiki. Thanks to all who helped me going through this! [Freedombox-discuss] Disks: Error expanding partition
So I am setting up the box again. 1st step is to expand the 4 GB partition to cover the entire 32 GB card. However, as the error correctly says, the partition is being used: by Plinth from which I started the DISKS command, I assume: > Error expanding partition: ('disks', '', "Warning: > Partition /dev/mmcblk0p2 is being used. I've updated the Disks manual to mention it: https://wiki.debian.org/FreedomBox/Manual/Disks If we find some work-around, we can add it there. -- James signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature ___ Freedombox-discuss mailing list Freedombox-discuss@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/freedombox-discuss
