This seems to be one of the (proprietary) freeware programs of Horst
Schaeffer's PBATS collection, available at no charge from
http://www.horstmuc.de/horstd.htm - the KPUSH.COM file contained in the
archive is identical to KPUSH.COM from the collection after unpacking.
(Additionally to the 7z archive, the executable itself is packed too.)
Only commercial distribution of the PBATS programs is restricted, so it
doesn't seem to be problematic copyright-wise. It is beyond me why Mark
didn't just link to that page though.
