The *less* included in FreeDOS 1.3rc3 does not support pgup and pgdn for
scrolling forward and backward in a file. But this is version 291 and the
current version is 563 so maybe version 291 didn't support pgup and pgdn
yet.

However, you can use *u* to go up by half a page. Or *b* to go back by a
full page. That's been standard in *less* for a long time, and both of
these work on the version of *less* included in FreeDOS.
