IMHO a working version od DOSFSCK should be included in version 1.0 to 
have a full set of tools.

No, I am afraid of starting another message war. There are some people 
here working in a scandisk

for what I know, it is already working, the problem is just that the 
maintainter doesn't know how and does not have time to learn how to 
write a read/write absolute sector (it has to run on djgpp).

Many people here could help on just this item ;-)
