Sounds like you need to re-run SYS again (but be careful it's the
correct drive).

When attempting to boot from the FreeDOS boot disk, I encountered the error: 
SYSTEM BOOT FAILURE! 
Insert System Disk, then press ENTER. 
FreeDOS was installed to the drive using Unetbootin.
