Well, Arachne APM's can't be used as-is with other browsers, but the core
EXE of YTCRACK should be usable with any other browser too.

1. Save to page holding the crappy Flush video into a HTML file
2. Process this file with YTCRACK.EXE - another HTML file as output
3. Feed the output HTML file into your browser

Note that I didn't test recently, so info might be outdated or wrong.

 ok, pheraps I made wrong my question: I know I can use ytcrack.apm
only in Arachne, but I would like to know if it's possible to use
ytcrack (exe) in Dillo or in links, and how to do it
