ldap_search() crash bug
Our new radius server FreeRADIUS Version 0.8.1, for host i386-portbld-freebsd4.8, built on Jun 29 2003 at 14:19:19 has been crashing/freezing with the log showing: Tue Jul 1 08:41:57 2003 : Error: rlm_ldap: ldap_search() failed: Bad search filter Tue Jul 1 08:41:57 2003 : Error: rlm_ldap: ldap_search() failed: Bad search filter Tue Jul 1 08:41:57 2003 : Error: rlm_ldap: ldap_search() failed: Bad search filter In trying to find the cause, I did a quick radtest, which resulted in the same lockup, same error in the log. radtest %SDFDSFLjalksjdalkdjflaj;aaafa( password localhost 0 testing123 -Mike Network Engineer Pathway Internet Services 616.774.3131 - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe? Haven't tried the CVS.. would it be possible to patch into the stable release? Being that this is in a production environment, are there any bugs or instibilities that would keep me from running that now? new USR dictionary
I have the latest USR dictionary from TCS 4.7.. What needs to be done to put the new attributes/values in to work with FreeRadius? There are v.92/v.44 specific attribs that would be useful.
