FreeRadius with Oracle backend

2003-11-28 Thread Rodrigo Gonzalez

I am testing freeradius using Oracle and I have
this problem.

Every auth request (made with radclient) is
rejected with this error: No matching entry in the database for request from
user []
The user  exists.
If I run freeradius with -s the problem does not
existsis there any problem with threads and Oracle?

Best regards,

Rodrigo.

  Dear list,

  Trying to setup the radius to
  write CDR straight to MySQL database.  But the time from NAS as
  “h323-setup-time=02:05:44.512 CN Thu Aug 15
  2002”   and in the MySQL
  database script, the time is define as “-00-00 00:00:00”.
  So when radius trys to insert to database, it returns an error say the format
  is incompatible.  Any solution to this.

  Best Regards

SQL Module

2002-05-28 Thread Rodrigo Gonzalez

I found a little problem with this
module.

Whenever it receives a user with an IP format,
example: 10.1.2.3 it returns failed and it is wrong.

I search the code and found that the problem is
with this line:
radius_xlat(querystr, MAX_QUERY_LEN,
inst->config->authorize_check_query, request,
sql_escape_string);
After changing this line to:
radius_xlat(querystr, MAX_QUERY_LEN,
inst->config->authorize_check_query, request, NULL);
everything goes fine...

Regards.

SNMP

Could someone explain me if there is any way of
fetch information about freeradius using SNMP?

What is the configuration needed to do
this?

I am testing it right nowthe only thing I changed is:

radlog(L_DBG, "Exec-Program: returned: %d", status);

to

radlog(L_INFO, "Exec-Program: returned: %d", status);

To allow me to quickly watch any problem with the external auth program...
