How to kill user sessions on FREERADIUS

Hi,

I want to disconnect user sessions once they ran 
out of their accepted time limit.
I know FREERadius does not do it by 
default.
Are there any special programs which can be used to 
limit End user's Access to Internet or Intra net?

Hi,

I have started a new job in Linux.
I have been involved quite a lot into daily system admin functions in Linux
as well as Solaris
Now the requirement for this job are to set up a RADIUS server with LDAP and
mysql database.
This is for a small ISP which will be used for Wireless access for dial up
users.

I am completely unaware of RADIUS,LDAP and mysql.
They want to use FREERADIUS,OPENLDAP from netscape and mysql.

What shoud be the starting point. Which favour of Linux will be far suitable
for wirelss applications?
Any help will be much appreciated.
