There was a patch in June to allow the server to handle IPv6 addresses natively, but it was for 0.8.1, and wasn't portable. Alan DeKok. - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe? Freeradius + IPv6
Hello All, I want to provide IPv6 native idial up connections to my customers. Anyone knows if there are a freeradius version that I can use it, and how I have to do? Thanks, Hichem - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe? See http://www.freeradius.org/list/users.html

If it's a requirement for your system, I'm sure someone would be willing to take a contract to do the work. It wouldn't take more than a day or so to parse real IPv6 addresses. It might take a while longer to have the server listen on IPv6 addresses. Alan DeKok. - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe? See http://www.freeradius.org/list/users.html

Hi again, I wonder then whether there is anyone willing and able to contribute some code on this. Personally I'm quite willing but not too able, my C programming skills lost somewhere in time :-) Thanks, JM *** REPLY SEPARATOR *** On 11/04/2002 at 16:23 Alan DeKok wrote: >[EMAIL PROTECTED] (Juan Miguel Bocanegra) wrote: >> I wonder whether there has been any effort on trying to hack freeradius >to= >> either: >> 1)implement transport over IPv6 > > Not yet. > >> 2)fully implement RFC 3162 [RADIUS and IPv6. Freeradius & IPv6?
Hi all, I wonder whether there has been any effort on trying to hack freeradius to either: 1)implement transport over IPv6 2)fully implement RFC 3162 [RADIUS and IPv6. B. Aboba, G. Zorn, D. Mitton. August 2001.] Thanks in advance for all your replies.
