You need to enable: with_cisco_vsa_hack = yes That will fix your problem. I also highly recommend you look at the src/billing directory as it has a sample config for doing VoIP accounting from Cisco. You will have to use Postgresql instead of MySQL though if you want to use the config there as it relies on some features of Postgresql that MySQL cannot do. You should get the latest version from CVS as I updated it about 3 hours ago...
