I think you're in the wrong directory.

You need to change to the directory which is the "root" relative to
where you untarred freeradius

So if you have freeradius in /usr/local/src/freeradius-0.8.1 then that's
the directory you type make install in.

I faced problem when installing FreeRadius. When I change to the
