Missing db_mssql.sql in 1.0.1 distribution

Hi,

I've downloaded and compiled 1.0.1 and I see that 
the distrubution does not contain db_mssql.conf. If one of you has this file (MS 
SQL Server database schema), could you send it to me via e-mail?
