no. systems which authenticate against FreeRADIUS go into clients.conf (or NAS 
table
in SQL). 

users get put into either 'users' file, /etc/password, active directory, SQL 
database
LDAP etc etc  (each place has its own rules and password abilities etc)

Hello everyone, am new with freeradius, and I have 
install the freeradius, but, i have try this command: server:/etc/freeradius# radtest test test2 localhost 0 testing123and 
this is the answer:

Where I configure the user-name and
