[Freesurfer] Qdec error

Dear All,

When I tried to running qdec, I'm getting the following error.

qdec.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libjpeg.so.62: cannot open 
shared object file: No such file or directory


What is the solution for this.?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Dear Anastasia,

The T1 images were acquired in a sagittal orientation, and the DTI images
in an axial orientation.
Does this help ?
