[Freesurfer] circular/cyclic color map for polar data in freeview
External Email - Use Caution Hello freesurfer community, I am trying to setup a retinotopy pipeline. I have analysed pRF data generating polar angle and eccentricity maps which I project onto an inflated surface / flattened surface in freeview. Is there a way to display a circular/cyclic colour map (for the polar angle data) in the overlay screen?, the existing 'colour wheel' option seems to be linear? Thank you! External Email - Use Caution Hi freesurfer developers!, I am using Freesurfer 6.0 and the latest (freeview -beta) to display overlays on my flat surfaces. I am a novice user of freesurfer and I am a bit confused with how the overlays are displayed / thresholds calculated. My overlay of rsquare values ranges from 0.2 to 1.0 (i.e all are positive values.). When the overlay is loaded, the threshold histogram depicts values that are negative and positive (centered around zero). 1) Does freeview recaluate/modify the values before they are displayed? 2) Is it possible to display the values of the overlay as they are? [Freesurfer] Fwd: Is it possible to load flatmaps in freeview and draw ROI's on them?
External Email - Use Caution Hello Freesurfer developers, Thank you for developing Freesurfer! I am postdoc at UC Berkeley and I am using Freesurfer 6.0 to create flat maps on which I draw my ROI's. The flat maps/patches are created in TKSURFER. However, I typically use Freeview to visualise my volumes and inflated surfaces, overlay data etc. I am trying to open flatmap maps in freeview but I am not able to. I was wondering if it was possible to load flatmaps in freeview and draw ROI's on them and overlay my data? OS: MacBook OS Thank you.
