[Freesurfer] Measure outer surface area

2013-07-14 Thread Irene Altarelli
Dear all,

how can I measure the surface area of the outer surface computed to
calculate lgi? I've tried mris_anatomical_stats subject lh
pial-outer-smoothed but that doesn't work (since it doesn't match lh.pial).

Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Irene
