Hi, I would like to rerun recon-all (from the latest freesurfer) on a few cases from OASIS brains study, to get control values for my patient group. Since my computational options are rather limitted, I would like to avoid running redundant steps, which would anyway give me the same results, or to repeat possible surface editing.
