Re: [Freesurfer] freeview showing results in a strange manner

2018-11-26 Thread Greve, Douglas N.,Ph.D.
When you open it in freeview, you have to specify a surface (eg,
fsaverage/surf/lh.white) and then load that file as an overlay to that
surface

2018-11-22 Thread Bruce Fischl

Hi Shize

is lh.subj1.mgz a surface overlay? If so you display it as:

freeview -f lh.inflated:overlay=lh.subj1.mgz

cheers
Bruce

Hi Ruopeng,
my freeview command for this result is 'freeview -v lh.subj1.mgz'.
I tried 'freeview -f lh.subj1.mgz' also, the message with in terminal said
'freadFloat: fread
failed'
Thank you
Shize

Thanks very much
