Re: [Freesurfer] Vertex wise surface area values?

I was not able to replicate with subjects that I have. Does the same
thing happen if you use the subject as the target instead of using
fsaverage? If so, then upload the subject for me so I can replicate

However I am getting surface area values for some vertices as negative.
 1) Am I following correct steps while writing vertex-wise values in ascii
 files?
 2) Aren't values of surface-area supposed to be non-negative?

I am not sure what I am missing here.

 Thanks for the help.
