checking for twisted.web.microdom... not found does not always mean 
that twisted.web.microdom is not installed correctly but can mean that 
one of its dependencies is missing.

The way to check is:
python
  import twisted.web.microdom

The problem Fedora Core installation problemwas solved by using the Fedora
repository for twisted rather than the source code at the twisted web site:

yum install python-twisted
