[Freevo-users] Video Volume Control

Hi All,

I found only one reference to this issue in a Feb 23 2005 post titled
Unable to adjust volume.

Basically the problem here is that once mplayer is spawned, volume
control normally done using the M/N key will not work and will have to
resort to using 0/9 which is mplayer's mapping.

That's OK, unfortunately, mplayer's volume is already MAX and still
Freevo volume is still at 40% (that's the default volume)

This doesn't happen when playing audio files because I believe focus is
still on freevo and not on mplayer.

Anyone has any comment on this?

BTW, how do I re-map freevo's shortcut keys? (perhaps map 0/9 to
increase volume instead)

I could be wrong here but I think this might have been a bug in mplayer, 
you could try the latest release if you're not already running it.
