2007-08-09 Thread Michel Hoogervorst
As far as I know, it doesn't :-P
Problem here is that I don't have any experience with upnp... so I
have no clue how to implement it.

Cool, thanks Michel. I'll be adding a new section under the downloads
link for live distros. Quick question - is there support for upnp in
this i.e. does it scan for upnp media shares an automatically mount them?

Re: [Freevo-users] [ANNOUNCE] Freevo-1.7.3 Release

2007-08-09 Thread Michel Hoogervorst
I have just updated FreevoLive with Freevo 1.7.3 as well.

I updated it with the rpm-packages I made for Mandriva 2007.1 (as
mentioned in the "Packagers please announce 1.7.3 packages here"
thread), which is now publicly available.

FreevoLive is still available from: http://freevolive.tuxfamily.org/

Thanks!
Also nice addition are the osd_sounds, if U run into trouble with:

Mixer initialisation failed, OSD sounds disabled!

Try the following before starting freevo:

export SDL_AUDIODRIVER=alsa
--
Groetjes Japie

Nice one. It better live up to swiss quality standards then :-)

Great work by the way, love it!
