Re: [FRIAM] National Constitution Center
google "bush directive 51" finds https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Security_and_Homeland_Security_Presidential_Directive which discusses the non-classified procedures for maintaining continuity of government in the event of a "catastrophic emergency". There are constitutional questions about it. -- rec -- On Mon, Feb 6, 2017 at 12:26 PM, Nick Thompson <nickthomp...@earthlink.net> wrote: > David, > > > > Is it possible that this is what we psychologists call, “a believed-in > imagining”? > > > > Given the 25th Amendment, there would have to be a law that designated > anybody other than those designated in the amendment. > > > > Nick > > > > Nicholas S. David, Is it possible that this is what we psychologists call, “a believed-in imagining”? Given the 25th Amendment, there would have to be a law that designated anybody other than those designated in the amendment. Nick Nicholas S. don't know answers to your questions - the directive is also known as NDS something or other, and I don't know if it is secret.
