VMiklos,

I have looked over the announcement and it looks OK. My only
suggestion is that perhaps you could mention that Haven is 1.3's
codename? Something like ...the upcoming 1.3 stable release (codename
Haven).

I would probably make that change myself but I can't easily get git
access at work.
