Igor, let us know if you need a letter of invitation or anything else
for your visa. I'm working on plane tickets today.

Sorry, I just read your earlier comments more carefully Igor -- I see that
you do need a letter. We'll prepare that for you immediately.

I need from you the following information:
  * Your full mailing address

I'll send you a PDF of an invitation letter addressed to you, which you
can print out. According to the US Dept of State the invitation letter is
not a requirement for a B-1 visa, but it can't hurt either.

OK, fellow planners -- I asked about the suitability of the extra king
suite as a social area (for the hack suite).  The response makes me
think we'd be better off paying the same amount ($200/night) for the
meeting room we already reserved for Friday night.  We could even take
the meeting room for Friday through Monday nights, to accommodate
hackers who are leaving on Tuesday 2/1.

 Opinions?

I would go with the meeting room but I am highly people-phobic so my
opinions are a bit tainted.

In Toronto, the hack room never felt overcrowded. But I don't know how the
space (even with a bed) compares to Toronto.

I feel like it was at some points, but I guess that really just depends
on what people consider crowded. Although I'm sure that... well, if we
had good internet, we all would have been working a lot, regardless of
the space.
