FVWM: Dynamically change xterm title after ssh to another machine

Hi,

When I start an xterm the title shows 'username@localhost'
Is it possible to dynamically change it to 'username@remotehost' when
I ssh from it to a remote host?

This has nothing to do with FVWM.
