Actually it is, via:

FPSortWindowlistByFocus

Which you get for free if you use SloppyFocus or ClickToFocus.  If
you're using something completely different to that (unlikely) then
you can always add it as a Style condition.

Every time I iconify or deiconify a window, the order changes.


Which is, oddly enough, completely different to creation or anything
of that sort.  When you iconify or deiconify a window you're
performing a focusing action on it.  Maybe you want something like the
'IconifiedAtEnd' option to WindowList?

No -- such information isn't used anywhere, let alone stored.  Of
course, what you've just asked for is implied by default thanks to the
