I don't see any options to create issues or add comments in the issue tracker. I do have a registered account, and I do remember being able to do so in the past. Has something changed? Also, wouldn't it be a lot more flexible to have the order be a float rather than an int? This is likely a problem with privileges not being applied correctly. I'm looking in to it. A temporary solution would be to register another user in Jira.
