This doesn't look like something to do with AMF... Do other PHP scripts 
work? It looks like your IIS is not configured correctly to handle PHP 
files.

I wanted to know if anyone had any insight as to why Zend_Amf wouldn't work
on IIS.  When I try to go to the php file containing the service while it's
on apache I see the normal "Zend AMF Server" page and the flash using it
perfectly fine.

When I do the same thing with it being hosted on IIS the browser tries to
download the file. If I download the file the "Zend AMF Server" is in it,
but flash will not connect to it as a service correctly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
