I missed that part and thought it was the underside he took apart when I glanced at it. I wonder if this will be enough though. -- G-Books is sponsored by http://lowendmac.com/ and... G4 15.2 display take apart page?
I'm contemplating it though I understand it may be a difficult operation. is there a page describing the operation of taking apart and perhaps replacing stuff in a Powerbook G4 15.2 display? -- G-Books is sponsored by http://lowendmac.com/ and... Re: G4 15.2 display take apart page?
It may be a bit difficult since I believe the lcd is mounted with an epoxy and not with screws. So this could lead to easily bending the lcd case or something worse. But this is a very nice pictorial of how to completely disassemble a g4 titanium. . . which I'm going to assume is what you meant and not the Alu 'book. http://homepage.mac.com/sysop/PhotoAlbum13.html -Richard Bae richardbae.com On 8 May 2004, at 02.39, Mikael Byström wrote: I'm contemplating it though I understand it may be a difficult operation. is there a page describing the operation of taking apart and perhaps replacing stuff in a Powerbook G4 15.2 display? -- G-Books is sponsored by http://lowendmac.com/ and...
