Yes, that's what I've been doing for years when travelling the US and Europe. You just need the part that goes into the wall and then into the brick (or Yo-Yo). Usually black, though. Not if you use the cable from AirPort Extreme Base Station. :) Marcin Wichary e:\ [EMAIL PROTECTED] w:\ www.aci.com.pl/mwichary Attached w:\ www.aci.com.pl/mwichary/GUIdebook Graphical User Interface gallery w:\ www.10yearsofbeingboring.com 10 years of Being Boring -- G-Books is sponsored by http://lowendmac.com/ and... Got my PowerBook!
Well, at least sort of. I picked it up -- love the box, the packaging, the manuals, the design... but I ordered the British model and it came with British AC plug, which is incompatible with Dutch sockets. The battery's drained, so I can't use it yet. :I I completely forgot about this issue, although I partially blame people at the shop. Today's too late, tomorrow I will try to exchange the power adapter (or can you just buy a new set of two European plugs? the old set might be useful as I intend to visit Great Britain later this year). All you need is a plug adapter. The Mac adapts itself. on 7/2/04 1:42 PM, Marcin Wichary at [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Well, at least sort of. The power supply just plugs in to an adapter to whatever plug is used by the host country. -- G-Books is sponsored by http://lowendmac.com/ and...
