It worked on my Lombard in OSX and OS9. But it worked unreliably with my Maxtor HD in both. Believe it or not, iMovie does transitions and the such faster under OS X than 9.1. With the big update do in September hopefully it will be faster. I don't know about OSX, but I DO know that the Firewire2Go card (because it is not of the newest technology and not OHCI compliant) does not work with some things.
