my servers time is correct
the mac i email on has the correct time (as do all my macs)
as an aussie my clock is set to dd-mm-yy and not mm-dd-yy
maybe that's it

There are some unscrupulous types selling on ebay and some folks would 
rather have their teeth pulled than answer honest questions.
Hope you find another Pismo. I found a great one on eBay.
It's a good idea to ask such questions, just to get a feel for the buyer 
anyway.

i asked a simple question about which dvd module a pismo had as i
wanted the one that reads burnt dvd's. check out the response ...
