I have a Pismo with a cracked screen and was just given a Lombard screen.
The screens in their lids appear to be the same except for one extra pair of
color twisted wires coming from the inverter on the Lombard--so the plug is
one pair of connectors longer than the socket on the Pismo.
Does anyone know if I can make them work together, by, say, switching the
inverters?
thanks,
Jack
Do you have just the bare screen? If so, the flat cable to the back of the screen may not fit properly. The screens were a little different, the connectors were about a half-inch change from one model to the other. If you have the whole assembly, I have used a Pismo to check Lombard screens and vice-versa.
