The power jack is on the Sound/AC in board of the Wallstreet, IIRC (Thankfully I haven't had to open mine in a very long time.) If you're handy with the soldering gun, you can probably just fix the cracked solder connections on the bottom of the jack that are likely causing the problem. 99% of the time that's the fix. If you're not a fan of soldering then you can take your chances with a new Sound/power board on eBay or the swap list. I have a Wallstreet that had that problem. There is a known issue with the Wallstreet jacks. I took it apart and soldered the board, and so far, it now works fine. There is actually an AC board on it that can be replaced. It attaches to the motherboard. Pretty easy fix but does require disassembly.
