My wife was a real estate agent. Much of the MLS stuff worked fine with Macs, since it's basically web-based. I'm in real estate also and from my understanding the MLS system uses Active-X, whatever the heck that is (I don't really care to know), which helps to keep the MLS from playing nice with Macs. Also, the MLS, at least for my Board of Realtors, although I think the MLS system is universal, is designed to use ONLY the latest version of IE. To get that, you will have to use one of the latest iterations of VPC. Your best bet for your real estate business would be to buy a copy of VPC 7 with Win XP Pro. BTW, from my experience, you don't need any of the software that is being peddled to agents to help improve your business, get new clients, etc.. It is a waste of your money. It's the part of IE that causes most of the security problems, which I think I heard they are going to do away with or disable by default in IE7.
