formerly dead HD and backup software
Thanks to those who advised me on the hard drive in my Lombard I thought was dead. The data retrieval guy told me he could detect the drive and sent it back. I put it in a different Lombard and there it was! I've now bought a 120GB external drive for nightly backups and would like advice on the best backup software. Is Apple's Backup suitable for scheduling external backups? One of the things this disaster did was force me to start working in Panther, so now I have files in OS X and OS 9.2.2.
