Yeah. You are using the wrong (and I might mention completely illegal for you
to posses unless you are an Apple Certified tech) service manual.

Uh-oh!

I have one, actually several, in my possession. Where do I turn myself in?

Nonesense. It may be against Apple's policy. That in no way makes it
illegal.

Come on you ding dong. ;-)

Just don't discuss trading them on the lists so that LEM stays out of trouble.
Please.

Hm. The PDF manual you download off the internet has the instructions that
he gave, so it can't be illegal to own them...

Yeah. You are using the wrong (and I might mention completely illegal for you
to posses unless you are an Apple Certified tech) service manual. The way to
get to the inside of a Lombard is through the Keyboard. Look at the top of
the keyboard near the 1 and delete keys. There are a couple of little tabs
that you pull back and lift the leading edge of the keyboard up and pull it
back. If that doesn't work then you have the keyboard locked. Look towards
the middle above the 6 and you will see a small standard screwdriver slot that
you can use a small driver to slide the locking tab back.

For future reference. Do not mention Apple Service manuals on this list.
Just ask how to get to the Hard Drive and someone (likely to be me) will
assist you.
