Safari and Yahoo! Mail.

2009-09-16 Thread Roger Kulp
Does anybody else use Yahoo! mail in Safari ? If so,do you have an email you
are reading,go away, and your inbox appears instead, and you get a message that
says you have been disconnected from chat, because you have connected to another
computer or device ? Especially if you are neither using chat,or connected to
anything else ?Why does this happen, and how do you stop it ?

I have seen that with instant messenger. In our case what has happened is that
Qwest has changed our IP address. IM says You are connected from two machines
and I insist that you drop one of them. Fortunately one does not have to log
back in using the old IP address.

No.

Are you also connected to YIM via Safari?

Sounds like you could be having a time-out issue. Need config
details and such for that...
