What do you mean? You can't delete your System while booted in your  
System, you'd need to boot from some other device. Also, the  
nomenclature convention is that disc with a c refers to removable  
media such as floppy discs, CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray, etc., and disk with  
a k refers to fixed media such as hard drives and solid-state  
drives. You used the c disc, but it's not clear to me that you meant  
a CD or DVD, I suspect you meant a HD? What are you trying to do?

boot up with the CD/DVD of Tiger and select Disc Utility and then use
the Erase option.
