[galaxy-dev] How to delete a toolshed tool completely or change category
Hi, In the past I installed bwa_wrapper from the toolshed. Unfortunately I must have choosen a wrong category. Currently it is not part of any tool section. According to integrated_tool_panel.xml it's supposed to be part of this section: section id=ngs:_assembly name=NGS: Assembly version= while it contains another section with the same name and a different id: section id=ngs_assembly name=NGS: Assembly version= I tried to rectify this by deleting and reinstalling but unfortunately there is no way to really reinstall and it always ends up with the same problem again.
