Hi Cristel, for a start I please have a look at http://planemo.readthedocs.io/en/latest/writing_advanced.html#test-driven-development and let us know if you have further questions. The documentation regarding this is a still bit scarce, I am sorry. Re: [galaxy-dev] Writing test for dataset collection
Hi Christel, here you can find a lot of tests: https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/blob/dev/test/functional/tools/collection_creates_list.xml This folder is a treasure for small little examples. Hope this will help! [galaxy-dev] Motif Alignment and Search Tool - MAST
Hello, I was hoping to use MAST, a part of the MEME Suite collection of tools, in Galaxy: http://meme-suite.org/doc/mast.html?man_type=web While I have found the MEME Suite, I have been unable to locate the specific MAST tool in the tool shed. I was wondering if it was currently available for use in Galaxy? Thanks, Kirill Pankov ___ Please keep all replies on the list by using "reply all" in your mail client.
