[Audyssey] Muelsfell inquiry
Hi list, For those of you who are playing Muelsfell, I want to know how I can build my Magus up faster. I am currently at level 1 and have 50 motivation. My workshop is at level 3, and I will probably be moving it to level 4 pretty soon. Also, I only have the ability to fight two enemies in my location. the Dust rats and those other cowardice wimps . smile one is at level 1 and the other is at level 2, respectively. Are there other areas to explore at this level, or do I still need to work on building up my Magus and workshop? Is there some way that I can earn or find more money and resources other than fighting enemies? Also, what are the benefits of becoming a Premium member? I didn't find any info about it on the site. I'll look again. Re: [Audyssey] golf questions
Hi Josh. as far as the sound files go, the regular power indicator is just an ascending tone, the one with beeps has a beep just before the top and another just after, - though propper timing even with those takes practice. I personally prefer the beep versions myself. Hth. Beware the Grue! Hi, Why does the golf course maker program use the microsoft mike voice as the default when my default voice in control panel is ScanSoft tom? Also, what is the difference between regular power indicator sounds and indicator sounds with beeps? I hear a beep and is that when I press space to swing the club? Hi. Dark Destroyer is free and, according to what someone told me, programmed in Autoit. So, obviously it's not as good as troop 2. Also, judgment day is the same way: the ships get louder. I use the jaws cursor in every mud I play. Hi Nicol, There are a lot of other reasons why Troopenum is a much better game. The built in speech is really good, and there is several different types of games you can play in Troopenum. There is Walk In Space, Gorbians Revenge, Baby Black Hole, Half and Half, etc that really adds differences and replayability to the game. [Audyssey] the landing bonus round in trupenam
Hi all. Nicol here. I'm so very excited! Once i got my salary i'm gonna buy trupenam! Its a fantastic game! I eventually managed to land my ship successfully after many fruitless attempts. Here is how i did it. Spoilerspace keep both hands on the arrow keys. The manual said holding down left and right arrow will move your ship but holding up arrow will have little effect. I find it too tricky to, at the same time, tap up arrow continuously and holding left/right arrow. So my left hand is on the up arrow and my right hand is tapping the left/right arrow. As soon as i hear my ship going to the left/right, i tap the up and left/right arrow simultaneously until i hear its in the middle again so basically i have to tap both up and left/right arrow the whole time as the ship constantly goes off to the left/right. For me its impossible to control the arrows like this with one hand. --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] You can make changes or update your subscription via the web, at http://audyssey.org/mailman/listinfo/gamers_audyssey.org. Re: [Audyssey] Blind Chat App?
As for Dragon Realms...the latest two versions of ZMud have direct DR support. If you've signed up for the game and given Simutronics your credit card number and so forth, then ZMud will load up a list of your available character slots. You do have to go to the General Preferences and arrow down to the Connection prefs, then tab over to Connection timer and remove the check mark. Then you back out to connection, arrow down to the Reconnection option and hit control alt 4. Otherwise JAWS will read out every second on the connection timer. Once this is done, I've found Dragon Realms to be perfectly compatible with JAWS. You do tend to make a lot of use of the JAWS cursor, but it's not too bad. If you decide to play DR, you can look me up. My character name is Abraxael. --Bill - Original Message - From: "Shadow Dragon" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Gamers Discussion list" Sent: Wednesday, April 30, 2008 8:25 AM Subject: Re: [Audyssey] Blind Chat App? > Not as of yet, the only cross messengers so far are windows live and yahoo > messenger. ok, I finally figured that I had to manually start this pearl thing and then I get the game console thing. In the manual it said that you can play offline as well and can have the offline tutorial map, by typing tut somewhere. I treid to type it into the prompt but I keep getting only the stuff where it rattles off demo 1, 2 and 3 and weapons and stuff. and all looped, it never stops. can anyone explain to an audioquake newbie the step by step instructions on how to launch a game against bots and the tutorial too. well skype has just had another release, its up to 3.8 now, For whatever reason it mangled on the first exit but a restart later I can't duplicate the issue. You both have to connect on the same port. The default is 6000 and that should work just fine. no, both of you have to have the same messenger installed and add each other into the contact list. there is mirinda though, which is a client that serves more than one messenger, so instead of having to run several messengers, you can use this to cover several. personally for me it is not an option, as I do not like their software and find it kind of unstable, but some love it. if you have yahoo installed, the messenger that is, you can also add you msn contacts to that as well. take care chrissy --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] You can make changes or update your subscription via the web, at http://audyssey.org/mailman/listinfo/gamers_audyssey.org. Re: [Audyssey] Blind Chat App?
Yes, that's a problem with Dragon Realms. But it does work with Zmud. If you ignore all of the scripting gimmicks and so forth, it's a pretty smooth ride. Although Z is about 34 bucks. --Bill - Original Message - From: "Shadow Dragon" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Gamers Discussion list" Sent: Wednesday, April 30, 2008 7:28 AM Subject: Re: [Audyssey] Blind Chat App? > Actually I use msn. [Audyssey] scoreboard problem in pipe2
Hi all. Nicol here. I have contacted bsc games support about this but i haven't got a response yet. It sometimes happens that the game tells me my score is too low to be posted when it is not too low. I've compared my score with the number ten score for easy difficulty on the scoreboard. My score is 2268817. The number ten score is eric belevance with 1912215. So why does the game tells me my score is too low? --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] You can make changes or update your subscription via the web, at http://audyssey.org/mailman/listinfo/gamers_audyssey.org. [Audyssey] trupenam 2 versus dark destroyer
Just from playing the demo of trupenam i have gathered that its much more comfortable than dark destroyer. In dd you have to tap your arrows continuously to move your ship; holding down the arrows doesn't work. In trupenam you can hold down the arrows to move your ship. In dd you have to move your ship quite a distance to target an enemy. In trupenam you only have to hold down the arrows for a short distance before an enemy is targeted. Dd doesn't have random special items to pick up like trupenam, only 5 bombs given to you at the start of the game. Dd doesn't have the nice gorbian levels trupenam has where you have to target your enemy horrizontally and vertically. It doesn't have the nice bonus rounds trupenam has namely landing round and falling ships round. Surely trupenam will get harder as you progress through the game and on higher difficulties, from what i have read in the manual, but dd being a free game is nex to impossible to complete. And the sound of descending ships in trupenam is much more relaxing than in dd. A ship's landing sound getting louder and louder is to me much stressfull than a sound increasing in pitch. A negative statement was made about trupenam on list long ago. It was said that if you played dark destroyer 30 times you know what trupenam is like. From what i have mentioned here i'm sure folks will agree with me that statement is not true, especially with the random special items you can pick up. And in trupenam you also have base reinforcers and ground nukes. In dd if 10 ships has landed its lights out. --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] You can make changes or update your subscription via the web, at http://audyssey.org/mailman/listinfo/gamers_audyssey.org.
