[Audyssey] suggestions
If you want someone's Skype, MSN, or whatever type of contact information, find their Email address in the header information of a post they sent to the list, and Email them off list, asking them for the contact info. Also, if you are asked for such info, it's your choice as to how you get it to them, but I would not post it to the list for everyone to see, unless you don't mind giving it to everyone. Game developers may want to freely give their contact info, which would make sense. What do I do from here. How can I get it to train my voice? How do I do any thing with it.? [Audyssey] Klango question
Hi all, I could ask this on the klango forums, but I couldn't read the answer, so that's why I am asking it here. I can not read the text using klango. When I tab to a text field in which is a text, I hear the message "text area" or "edit line", but I don't here what is written there. Also I can not read the text using the arrow keys and any other reading commands... Please, what would you suggest? Thanks! This is the question I've been asking for a long time, and had equally the thoughts about Sryth. Firstly, as you probably know, the arborell torchlight dungeon adventure game is out. This is like a cross betwene a gamebook and a dungeon adventure rpg, and has considderably more replay value than your usual gamebook. A litle calculation is necessary, but everything works out well. also, do you know about project aon? This is a series of gamebooks (now up to 21, with 4 extra of a different series set in the game world), which tell an ongoing story. With a skills system, they have far more replay value than the dstandard ff rules. The age of fable game http://www.apolitical.info/webgame/index.php?mode=0 is an ongoing gamebook style online game, though sadly at the moment it's stil a litle short though new content is being added regularly, it's stil worth a playthrough and something I keep my eye on. I'm afraid thus far Sryth is the closest thing to a gamebook i've found, and believe me I've looked. Some of the random exploration style games like kingdom of loathing http://www.kingdomofloathing.com/login.php or warriors 2 http://www.warriors2.com/ CAN BE INTERESTING TO PLAY, BUT DO NOT HAVE THE precise EXPLORATION FEEL OF A GAMEBOok to me. Really, unless Sryth can be rescued from it's decline or an unforseen game turns up, these are probably your best bets, though none are precisely perfect. Beware the grue!
